·for orders under €170.00: fixed shipping cost of €17.00.

4. Payment confirmation

After successful completion of payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing a reference number.

Order processing will only begin after the transaction has been authorised by the payment provider.

If payment is not authorised, the order will be considered invalid and will not be processed further.

5. Payment issues and refunds

Refunds resulting from approved cancellations or compliant returns are processed within 2–3 business days and credited using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
